If on receipt of your purchased product being delivered you believe it to be damaged or defective you must report this to us within 24 hours (please ensure that you advise the delivery driver upon receipt of the delivery and detail the defect or damage on both the delivery drivers delivery note and your copy of the delivery note (please make sure that the delivery driver signs your copy confirming the damage or defect)

All repairs or replacements of product are at the manufacturer’s discretion and consistent with the terms and conditions specified by their guarantee. Where it is necessary to inspect the goods on site and no responsibility can be laid with the manufacturer or REPLACEMYTANK.CO.UK an inspection charge will apply, to be paid by you, the customer.

REPLACEMYTANK.CO.UK will not accept any responsibility or liability for any consequential damage or loss as a result of product defect(s).

Unwanted goods returned to us must be in in exactly the same condition as they where delivered to you initially in order to be re-sold and will be subject to a 50% restocking charge.

Prior to any product being returned you must have an official returns document number from REPLACEMYTANK.CO.UK and unfortunately if we receive and deliveries without this required returns document reference the product will not be accepted by us and we shall not be liable for any costs or inconvenience.
